Evergreen Shores members enjoy access to a secure, privately owned 11-acre community park featuring:

Rentals
The clubhouse and covered cookshed are available to rent for a nominal fee.
All HOA dues must be paid current before a reservation can be finalized.
If you are a renter within the community, the homeowner on record must complete and sign the rental agreement on your behalf.

To reserve the clubhouse or cookshed, please start by reviewing the PayHOA calendar to confirm your requested date is available, and submit a request for amenity rental:
- Navigate to Requests, click (new) Submission, select Amenity Rental Form, and Submit.
