Evergreen Shores is a lakeside community located on the southwest end of beautiful Black Lake, in unincorporated Thurston County, Washington. The neighborhood is just minutes from Highway 101, Interstate 5, and shopping and dining options on Olympia's west side.

Established on May 15, 1969, Evergreen Shores includes 484 lots and maintains a secure, privately owned 11-acre park for the exclusive use of members and their accompanied guests. The community park features a clubhouse, seasonal pool, basketball court, playground, covered cookshed, boat launch, dock, and direct access to Black Lake for recreation. Amenities are gated and accessible only to owners who are current on dues. 

The association is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees and professionally managed by Bighorn Management, LLC. While the homeowner's association owns the community park and amenities, Black Lake itself is public and not owned by the association.
