  Join our Volunteer Committee and see what our volunteers can do!

You don't have to join the board to make a difference in the Shores!

Committees are forming to help make our neighborhood the best it can be.

Each of these committees will have at least one board member involved.

Feel free to join one or more of the following committees that meet your personal interests.

Communications Committee
The communications committee works to pass on information throughout the neighborhood, via methods like this electronic newsletter, posting about upcoming events in the Facebook group, and even (if necessary) going door-to-door or putting up signs around the neighborhood!
 
Facilities Committee
The facilities committee basically takes responsibility for our neighborhood's clubhouse, pool, and park, performing minor maintenance and clean-up as needed, contacting vendors for larger repairs, and so forth. This committee would coordinate with the activities committee on neighborhood events.
 
Activities Committee
This committee oversees all neighborhood functions, such as the Halloween Party, Easter Egg Hunt, End of Summer Bash, etc.
 
CC&R Committee
The CC&R committee will be working on revising and updating our CC&Rs, which are in bad need up updating! This committee will be a temporary committee, lasting through to a vote on passing the updated CC&Rs.
 
Architectural Review Committee
This committee would meet monthly to review and approve submitted builds and landscaping that our neighbors wish to do on their property to make sure it is in accordance with the CC&Rs.
 

 

The park closes and the gates lock every night from 10:00 pm - 5:00 am.

Anyone in the park after these hours will be subject to trespassing & fines.
