Welcome to the

Evergreen Shores Beach Club!

We are a homeowners association located on the southwest end of Black Lake in Thurston County, Washington. We have over 400 homes in our community. Some of our amenities include an 11 acre park, clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, playground, covered cooking area, boat launch area, dock and lake swimming access.

The volunteer board of directors is always looking for volunteers for projects throughout the year including trash walks, special events, pool upkeep and more!
