Lot Owner dues are due June 1st in the amount of $174.22.  A reminder notice has been sent.  To avoid late fees mail payment so it is received by June 30th.  Send payment to Hometown Property Management at PO Box 8909 in Lacey, WA 98509.

Evergreen Shores Beach Club!

We are a homeowners association located on the southwest end of Black Lake in Thurston County, Washington. We have over 400 homes in our community. Some of our amenities include an 11 acre park, clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, playground, covered cooking area, boat launch area, dock and lake swimming access.
