Volunteers interested in helping out for the Halloween Party, the Activities Committee is having a planning meeting this Thursday, Sept. 27th at 7pm inside the clubhouse.
If you can't make the meeting but would still like to help out with decorating the clubhouse in the morning before/day of event, during or after the event, please send an email to webmaster@evergreenshores.org

Last year we had over 100 attendees and overall, it was an exciting party for our community!

The Activities Committee will be having a meeting Tues, July 31st, 7p @ Clubhouse to finalize End of Summer Bash planning.
Anyone who is interested in helping in any capacity is welcome to join the meeting!
The community garage sale will be happening Saturday and Sunday, August 18th & 19th.
Signs will be posted promoting the sale along with ads put out in nearby communities.
Participating household will decide on their own sale times during the weekend.
