2020-2021 Assessment Amount
After reviewing the various costs for maintaining the common property  of your neighborhood, your Board of Directors has created a budget that will not
increase the annual assessments.  The statement enclosed in this mailing reflects
the annual dues amount of $275 for the year.  Your dues must be received by June 30 to avoid a $25 late charge.  Remember to allow 3-4 business days for an electronic payment to be received.
Changes Due to COVID-19 Restrictions
We are all aware of the COVID-19 Restrictions that have been in place since  March 2020.  These restrictions have affected several things:
● The Regatta will not be held this year per the Sponsor Group
● The Pool will be closed beginning the end of May for the year.
● Clubhouse/Cook Shed rentals are cancelled until further notice
● The Annual Meeting is delayed until further notice
Annual Meeting Delay
The Board had to decide to delay the annual meeting, usually held mid-May.  The
COVID-19 Restrictions expect social distancing and groups of no more than 5.  The meeting will be rescheduled as soon as it is possible to gather more than 50 people.
A packet of information will be sent out about 30 days before the scheduled meeting date.
If you are interested in serving on the board, please email Vantage at .

The May 18th Annual Homeowner's meeting is postponed until further notice. Once we are able to resume meetings, per the Govoner's Stay at Home Order, packets will be mailed to homeowners 3 weeks before the new meeting date.

COVID19 Response - March

Dear Evergreen Shores Beach Club Residents,

The board, in consultation with the association manager, and other business partners, has been planning for contingencies that may arise in the community as a result of the spread of COVID-19.

Based on advice that has been circulated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Washington State Department of Health, we have detailed some possible scenarios and our current plans to deal with them. These plans are subject to change based on CDC guidance and advice from our professional partners.

Association operations

Common areas and amenities. The association has closed the clubhouse and play structures at the community park effective March 28th until at least April 24th. The community park, boat launch, and dock will continue to be open to residents while practicing social distancing. (See 'social distancing' below.)

Meetings and events. The CDC has recommended against any gatherings of 50 or more people through the middle of May. That’s why we are cancelling the Community Easter Egg Hunt and April meeting along with possible future events and meetings. Clubhouse and Cookshed rentals are closed at this time as well until further notice. Residents who have upcoming rental reservations will be offered a credit for a rental at a later date to be discussed, or paid reservations may be applied towards dues. We are also in discussion of postponing the May Annual Homeowners' Meeting. We are looking into ways of giving residents the option to tune in to board and association meetings remotely if we have the ability and support to do so. More details will be announced once further information is available.

Social distancing. Many experts also are urging people to practice “social distancing,” which is the idea of maintaining a roughly 6-foot distance between other people. It also means limiting nonessential travel, avoiding public transportation when possible, working from home, and skipping social gatherings.

Community Pool. The community pool's opening day may be curtailed until the coronavirus pandemic is better controlled. We will keep residents informed as we get more details on this as well.

If you get sick

Medical authorities are strongly urging all persons who exhibit symptoms to stay home and avoid public spaces unless you need medical care. You also should separate yourself from other people and pets in your home.

If you need to need to visit a doctor or get tested for COVID-19, develop a plan before you go:

  • Call ahead before visiting your doctor.
  • Wear a facemask if you are sick.
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes.
  • Clean your hands often.
  • Avoid sharing household items, such as utensils, plates, glasses, and towels.
  • Clean all “high-touch” surfaces, such as counters, tables, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, phones, keyboards, and remotes.

This association will not and does not make any of the announcements mentioned above lightly. These actions are being taken to ensure the health and welfare of the residents of this community. We pledge to keep residents informed of all relevant developments and how they affect association operations.

It is also incumbent upon residents to take this situation seriously and do their part to minimize the spread of this deadly disease. The association highly encourages you to review safety guidelines and look for updates from the CDC, the local health department, and the World Health Organization.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Stay safe and healthy.
