Rentals
The clubhouse and covered cook shed are available to rent for a nominal fee.
HOA dues must be confirmed paid current before finalizing your rental reservation.
If you are not a homeowner, but rent within Evergreen Shores,
the homeowner on file must agree to and complete the rental agreement on your behalf.
