We are a Homeowner's Association located on the southwest end of beautiful Black Lake, in unincorporated Thurston County, Washington. Located just a short distance from Highway 101 and Interstate 5, as well as nearby shopping and dining on the west side of Olympia.

 

There are 480+ lots in our community. HOA amenities include a secure 11-acre park with clubhouse, seasonal pool, basketball court, playground, covered cookshed, boat launch, dock, and lake swimming access. We are currently managed by Community First Association Management.
